Classes

Our classes are designed to build a complete fighter who is comfortable in any situation.  The skills developed in our Thai Boxing, Wrestling and BJJ programs, while on their own have produced champions in each individual discipline, also lay the foundations for those who are looking to train or compete MMA, or those who are simply hoping to become well rounded martial artists.  Our team will help you to acheive your personal best.

Thai Boxing Program

“The Art of Eight Limbs.” is recognised globally as the most effective striking discipline.  It is a blend of kicks, knees and elbow strikes and provides members with the essential skills of self defence, movement, balance and awareness.

Thai Boxing is suitable for any age and fitness level as a beginner and throughout the program you will achieve improved cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle gain, improved flexibility, speed and agility. If you’re looking for a killer workout, improved confidence and the ability to defend yourself then Thai Boxing is for you.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Program

Our BJJ Program will teach you the art of grappling, a relatively new adaptation of traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu.  The premise of BJJ is that a large proportion of fights will end up on the ground.

BJJ teaches the use of leverage and balance where you would bring the fight to the ground, control your opponent using different pins and ultimately submit your opponent using either a joint lock and choke holds.

BJJ will improve your muscle strength, flexibility and athleticism, and teach you to stay calm under pressure. BJJ is a very powerful form of fighting and when trained safely with a great team and the guidance of experienced coaching, it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels!

Combat Conditioning Program

Our Combat Conditioning program is a class catered to those looking to improve their fitness, you will be taken through an intense workout catered directly to your personal goals, be it fitness, weight loss, strength gains, increased muscle mass, mobility, flexibility or a combination of all, the guided nature of this class will keep you on track. This class offers comprehensive training to members of all levels of fitness, from elite athletes pushing to the next level, to people who have struggled to achieve their goals for any number of reasons. This class will work for you!

Kids BJJ Program

Our BJJ class caters to kids ranging in age from 3-15 years, they will be taught the grappling art of BJJ in a controlled setting with age appropriate content designed to prepare them for tournament, self defence and whatever life may throw at them. With emphasis on bully prevention and avoiding confrontation wherever possible, while instilling a sense of confidence in themselves so that should they find themselves in a situation where fighting is unavoidable, they will be able to control their opponent, avoid injury and either hold the attacker until an adult intervenes or if absolutely necessary, finish the fight in order to defend themselves. Children will be taught to behave within the cornerstones of what it means to be a martial artist, whilst learning in a fun and safe environment.

Kids Thai Boxing

Our Thai Boxing class caters to kids in age from 3-15 years. This program teaches kids not just the art of eight limbs, it teaches respect, discipline and instils self confidence in students so that if they are put in a position where they need to defend themselves, they will be mentally strong enough to overcome adversity, and deal with the situation with a warrior mentality. Our training is conducted in a safe, fun and controlled environment that sets them up on a path to greatness, be it in competition, self defence or learning perseverance through every day obstacles.

Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in existence with a simple goal, take your opponent to the floor, and pin them on their back.  While it seems simple enough, wrestlers are regarded as some of the most tough and technical athletes on the planet. In this program you can expect to learn to move like a wrestler moves, improve coordination, balance and learn the intricacies of breaking an opponent down to the floor.

mini Martial Arts

Our mMA program covers a wide variety of techniques from a number of different disciplines including Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Boxing and Muay Thai to physically prepare students for anywhere a fight may go. More importantly though, in this program we cover spatial awareness, anti-bullying techniques, anti-kidnapping techniques, we explore when it’s okay to defend yourself, when to run and when to fight. This program is designed to help ensure your child is safe, confident and collected in any kind of altercation they may be faced with.

MMA

MMA is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and includes skills from boxing, muay thai, wrestling, jiu jitsu and more! This class is designed for people who want to excel at all disciplines of fighting and learn arguably the most all encompassing method of self defence in the world. No experience is required to try the MMA program but it is very highly recommended that students cross train in all disciplines to supplement their mixed martial arts journey!

Boxing

"The sweet science" of boxing teaches footwork, head movement, punching combinations and lays the foundations of striking. This class caters to beginners who want get in shape and learn some self defence all the way up to seasoned boxers looking to sharpen and refine their skills.

Freestyle Karate

Freestyle Karate comprises itself from the roots of multiple disciplines; Stemming from the art of bushido and the way of the samurai, to the foundations of Muay Thai, jujitsu and self defence. Being such a dynamic system, freestyle karate allows students to grasp the fundamentals of self defence, grappling and fighting, creating an unorthodox and universal combative style of modern day mixed martial arts.
